1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Syandan Patrika ePaper platform, website, or mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws.
2. User Account and Eligibility
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years of age to register for an account. If you are under the age of 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian permission to access our platforms.
- Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and restrict access to their accounts.
- Users are responsible for all activities conducted through their accounts.
- Account Deletion: If a user wants to delete his/her registered profile, they shall contact us using the provided phone numbers or by sending an official email to syandanpatrika@gmail.com. Our backend team will proactively do the needful to process the request.
3. Subscription and Access
- Access to Syandan Patrika ePaper is subscription-based.
- Subscription plans are valid only for the selected duration and terminate automatically upon expiry unless renewed.
- Subscriptions are non-transferable and intended for personal use only.
- Sharing account credentials with unauthorized persons is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension.
4. Device Limitation
- A maximum of two (2) devices per registered account is permitted for concurrent access.
- Excessive, suspicious, or simultaneous device logins beyond the set limit may result in automated temporary suspension or restriction of access.
5. Mobile Application License & App Store Policies
Subject to these Terms, Syandan Patrika grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and install our official mobile application on compatible personal mobile devices. When accessing our app downloaded via a third-party marketplace (such as the Google Play Store or Apple App Store), you agree to comply with the terms and policies of that platform in addition to these Terms.
6. Content Usage & Intellectual Property
All content published on syandanpatrika.com and inside our mobile applications, including text, images, graphics, logos, and ePaper editions, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Users may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, republish, screen-capture, or copy content without written permission.
- Share paid digital content with unauthorized users or post it on public forums.
- Use any automated scraping, data extraction, or indexing tools on our platforms.
- Use content for commercial resale, distribution, or marketing purposes.
7. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts involved in misuse, copyright violations, or policy breaches.
- Restrict access without prior notice where necessary to protect our technical platform, systems, or other users.
8. Limitation of Liability
Syandan Patrika shall not be liable for:
- Temporary interruptions, server downtimes, or unavailability of digital services.
- Loss of personal settings or data resulting from user negligence.
- Damages arising from unauthorized access to user accounts.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Tripura, India.
